Job summary

Twin Cities Animal Rehab + Sports Medicine - North is seeking a Client Service Representative to manage daily appointment flow and provide exceptional front-desk support for families and their pets. You will greet clients, schedule visits, and assist with intake and discharge while maintaining a warm, efficient front desk atmosphere.

Responsibilities include client inquiries, PMS usage, and coordinating with veterinarians.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent; additional education a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promotes a client-centered environment and facilitates programs and processes that meet client needs.
• Warmly greet clients and pets by name.
• Answer inquiries about rehabilitation services and products; describe initial exam process and modalities.
• Use PMS to schedule, adjust, monitor, and confirm appointments.
• Audit daily patient schedules and address scheduling issues.
• Manage patient records and update client and patient information in PMS.
• Receive and complete medication requests with the doctor and ensure charted prescriptions.
• Check-in patients and assist with intake and discharge.
• Handle client communications via email/text and route calls to staff.
• Prepare client charges prior to appointment; ensure payment collection.
