Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet clients professionally and manage the flow of clients and patients.
• Handle check-in and check-out, create and update patient accounts.
• Schedule appointments and respond to client questions about services.
• Assist hospital staff and veterinarians during visits and procedures.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and discuss payment options.
• Educate clients on products and services and follow up as needed.
