Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator (CSC) to drive client and pet flow, maximize productivity, and ensure exceptional service in a welcoming environment. You will educate clients about wellness plans and preventive care while assisting with documentation, invoicing, and scheduling.

The role emphasizes strong communication, multi-tasking, and a friendly disposition as part of Banfield’s client-centered care model and hospital operations.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required/preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old to perform duties including radiography.
• At least 1 year of related customer service experience preferred.
• Medical background in veterinary or healthcare is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars within the team.
• Promote hospital services and route the flow of clients and pets to maximize productivity.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventive care.
• Assist incoming clients by completing documentation, entering pet information, and scheduling.
• Assist outgoing clients by providing instructions, invoices, dispensing prescriptions, and scheduling follow-ups.
• Manage finances by maintaining accurate balances and proper opening/closing procedures.
