Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Client Service Coordinator in Cary, NC to manage client and pet flow, promote wellness plans, and support a friendly, efficient hospital environment. You will engage clients, educate them on pet health, and coordinate care with the veterinary team.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication: reads, writes, speaks with proper grammar and vocabulary.

Responsibilities

• Live and exemplify Mars Five Principles within self and team.
• Recruit new clients by promoting services and routing clients to maximize productivity.
• Maximize pets seen by maintaining a well-run hospital for wellness plan clients.
• Provide professional, efficient service and educate clients about pet health.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventive care.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation and pet records in the computer system.
• Provide instructions, invoices and dispense prescriptions per veterinarian's orders.
• Manage finances with accurate balances and opening/closing procedures.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
