CityVet Alliance is seeking a Client Service Specialist (CSS) to be the primary point of contact for clients in our Fort Worth clinics. You will handle phone and face-to-face interactions, manage appointments, and ensure a positive experience that builds loyalty to our brand.

The CSS role emphasizes welcoming clients, coordinating with the team, and delivering outstanding service in a busy veterinary setting. At least 18 years old is required.
