Responsibilities

• Provide information to prospects and initiate new service.
• Answer questions, research problems, resolve issues, provide pricing and schedule service.
• Interact with customers/prospects using Route Point software.
• Resolve invoices and billing questions.
• Escalate inquiries to managers when needed.
• Maintain customer files and update system notes.
