Job summary

The Shield Co. Management, LLC is hiring a Service Technician in Houston to deliver pest control services, inspect for activity, and communicate treatment plans to customers.

You will maintain records, follow safety guidelines, and upskill with state-required pest control licensing; driving company vehicle is part of the role.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ years of consecutive driving history since driving a company vehicle is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments following safety guidelines and PPE.
• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity and recommend solutions.
• Explain treatments, answer questions, maintain service records, and coordinate with the office.
• Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles to ensure readiness and service quality.
• Follow company policies and safety standards while using technology to manage appointments and documentation.
