Job summary

The Shield Co. Management / EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Service Technician in Atlanta, GA to deliver pest control services during scheduled maintenance appointments and build lasting customer relationships.

You will inspect properties, perform treatments, maintain records, and communicate with the office while upholding safety standards and PPE requirements. Competitive pay and full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments using approved products and methods.
• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity, identify treatment needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining treatments, answering questions, maintaining service records, and communicating with the office.
