Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Service Technician in Houston, TX to deliver high-quality pest control services during scheduled maintenance. You will inspect for issues, apply treatments, and build lasting customer relationships through clear communication and diligent record-keeping.

The role emphasizes safety, PPE usage, and adherence to company policies while using technology to manage appointments and service documentation. Training is provided for licensing where required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be 21 years old or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and 3+ consecutive years of driving history (essential to drive company vehicle).
• Earn and maintain state-required pest control training/licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments following safety guidelines and PPE.
• Inspect properties for pest activity and recommend solutions.
• Explain treatments, answer questions, maintain service records, and coordinate with office.
• Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles.
• Follow policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards while using tech to manage appointments and documentation.
