Job summary

The Shield Co. Management, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to deliver exceptional customer service during scheduled pest-control maintenance visits by inspecting for pest activity, providing effective treatment solutions, and building lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• Earn and maintain state-required pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments using approved products and methods while following safety guidelines and PPE.
• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity, identify treatment needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining treatments, answering questions, maintaining service records, and communicating with the office.
• Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles to ensure readiness and service quality.
• Follow company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards while utilizing technology to manage appointments and service documentation.
