Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Service Technician to deliver exceptional customer service during maintenance appointments, inspect for pests, and provide effective treatment solutions. You will build lasting relationships through proactive communication and precise service delivery.

The role involves driving to client sites in Texas, following safety guidelines and PPE requirements, and maintaining thorough service records. Training and pest control licensing are provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and 3+ consecutive years of driving history; driving company vehicle is essential.
• State-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments following safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity and recommend solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service, explain treatments, answer questions, and maintain service records.
• Maintain equipment, inventory, and vehicles to ensure readiness and quality of service.
• Follow policies and safety standards, using technology to manage appointments and documentation.
