Job summary

The Shield Co. Management / EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Service Technician to deliver excellent customer service during scheduled maintenance appointments, inspecting for pests and providing effective treatments.

You will build lasting relationships through proactive communication and precise service delivery. Responsibilities include interior/exterior treatments, maintaining accurate service records, and coordinating with the office.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and 3+ consecutive years of driving history; driving company vehicle is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments using approved products and methods.
• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining treatments, answering questions, and maintaining service records.
