Job summary

The Shield Co. Management / EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Service Technician to perform interior and exterior pest control, inspect properties, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Must be 21+ years old and have a valid driver's license.
• 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• State-required training and pest control licensing provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments following safety guidelines.
• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity and recommend solutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining treatments and maintaining service records.
• Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles.
• Follow policies and safety standards; manage appointments and service documentation.
