Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Service Technician to deliver exceptional customer service during scheduled pest control visits. You will inspect for pests, apply treatments, and build lasting relationships with customers while maintaining accurate service records.

The role requires 1+ years in customer service, a valid driver’s license, and will involve driving company vehicles. EcoShield offers weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and paid time off in a safety-conscious work environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history (company vehicle use).
• Earn and maintain state-required pest control training and licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments using approved products.
• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity and recommend solutions.
• Explain treatments, answer questions, maintain service records and communicate with the office.
• Maintain company equipment, inventory and vehicles for service readiness.
• Follow safety standards and use technology to manage appointments and documentation.
