Job summary

The Shield Co. Management / EcoShield Pest Solutions in Atlanta, GA seeks a Service Technician to provide pest control service during scheduled maintenance, inspect for activity, offer effective treatments, and build lasting customer relationships.

You will communicate proactively, maintain service records, follow safety guidelines, drive company vehicles, and use technology to manage appointments and documentation to ensure service excellence.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• State-required pest control training/licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments using approved products and methods while following all safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity, identify treatment needs, and recommend appropriate solutions to address customer concerns.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining treatments, answering questions, maintaining accurate service records, and communicating with the office as needed.
• Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles to ensure operational readiness and service quality.
• Follow company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards while utilizing technology to manage appointments and service documentation.
