EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Service Technician in Atlanta to deliver high-quality pest control services. You will inspect properties, treat interiors and exteriors, and communicate treatment plans to customers to ensure satisfaction.

The role emphasizes safety, accurate record-keeping, and strong customer service. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and paid time off. Base pay is $17.00/hour with additional earning opportunities based on sales.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments following safety PPE guidelines.
• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining treatments, answering questions, maintaining service records, and communicating with the office.
• Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles to ensure operational readiness and service quality.
• Follow company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards while using technology to manage appointments and documentation.
