Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Service Technician to deliver exceptional pest control services during scheduled maintenance. You will inspect for activity, provide effective treatments, and build lasting customer relationships with clear communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities include performing treatments, inspecting for pests, explaining options to customers, and maintaining accurate service records.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• State-required pest control training/licensing (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments following safety guidelines.
• Inspect properties for pest activity and recommend solutions.
• Explain treatments, answer questions, and maintain service records.
• Maintain equipment, inventory, and company vehicles.
• Follow policies and use technology to manage appointments and documentation.
