Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Service Technician to deliver exceptional customer service during maintenance visits, inspecting for pest activity and applying effective treatments. You will build lasting customer relationships through proactive communication and meticulous service execution.

The role requires 1+ year(s) of customer service experience, a valid driver's license with at least 3 years of driving history, and state-approved pest control licensing (training provided).

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver20s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of the role.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments using approved products and methods while following all safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity, identify treatment needs, and recommend appropriate solutions to address customer concerns.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining treatments, answering questions, maintaining accurate service records, and communicating with the office as needed.
• Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles to ensure operational readiness and service quality.
• Follow company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards while utilizing technology to manage appointments and service documentation.
