Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Service Technician to deliver exceptional customer service during scheduled maintenance, inspect for pest activity, and provide effective treatment solutions. You will perform interior and exterior treatments, explain treatments to customers, maintain service records, and support office communications; a valid driver’s license and 21+ years of age are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
• Must be 21+ years of age or older
• Possess a valid driver’s license and 3+ years of driving history
• Earn and maintain state-required pest control licensing if applicable (provided)

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments using approved products and methods while following safety guidelines
• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity and recommend appropriate solutions
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining treatments and maintaining service records
• Maintain company equipment, inventory, and vehicles for readiness and quality
• Follow company policies and safety standards while using technology to manage appointments and service documentation
