Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Branch Service Supervisor to lead the service team in Chicago. You will oversee pest-control operations, ensure safety and quality, and provide ongoing training to staff. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver''s license from state of residence.
• 1-2 years related experience preferred.
• 2-4 year degree strongly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Directs, monitors, and motivates staff of the branch service department.
• Provides continued, up-to-date training of branch service and sales personnel.
• Inspects termite and pest control work to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Responds to customer complaints.
• Contacts pending cancellations to retain accounts.
• Maintains current awareness of number of customers to be serviced in the month.
• Takes responsibility of servicing pest routes when necessary.
• Maintains inventory.
