Spencers Best Pest Control is seeking an experienced Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative to join our team in the Greater Phoenix area. The role focuses on customer service, scheduling, inbound sales, and follow-up with existing customers while converting new leads into recurring customers.

The ideal candidate has pest control industry experience, strong phone and interpersonal skills, and the ability to discuss pricing, service options, and objections.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in pest control customer service (minimum required).
• Experience in pest control sales or inside sales is strongly preferred.
• Strong telephone and interpersonal communication skills.
• Comfort discussing pricing, presenting service options, overcoming objections, and asking for the sale.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Experience with customer management and scheduling software.
• Professional, dependable, positive, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Answer and professionally manage inbound customer and sales calls.
• Convert inbound leads into scheduled services and recurring customers.
• Conduct outbound sales and customer follow-up calls.
• Schedule and reschedule customer service appointments.
• Assist customers with service, account, and billing questions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and work toward appropriate resolutions.
• Explain pest control services, service plans, and pricing.
• Follow up with leads and open sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records, account notes, and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate with technicians and management to ensure a strong customer experience.
