Job summary

Native Pest Management seeks an Inside Sales Representative for a remote, full-time role. You will convert pre-qualified leads into customers, manage outbound calls, and build rapport to drive revenue. Strong listening skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent written/verbal communication are essential.

The role requires 40 hours/week, a reliable home workspace, and proficient use of Google Workspace tools. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous inside sales experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Must have reliable high-speed Wi-Fi and headset.
• Typing speed 50 WPM with 90% accuracy (testing).
• Proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs).
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage inbound/outbound sales calls.
• Qualify conversations, build rapport, determine sales needs.
• Inform customers about products and services per call flow.
• Meet conversion goals and revenue targets.
• Create service accounts for new customers and collect payments.
• Schedule inspections and coordinate with inspectors.
