Native Pest Management in Florida is seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative to convert pre-qualified leads into new customers and grow repeat business with existing clients. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, qualify needs, present product offerings, and document leads accurately.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous inside sales experience is required.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Must type at least 50 WPM with 90% accuracy (typing test will be conducted).
• Entry-level knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs).
• Ability to calculate basic math.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answers and manages inbound/outbound sales calls.
• Engage customers to qualify calls, build rapport, determine needs, and provide information.
• Aim for conversion goals and monthly revenue targets.
• Sell residential pest control services and related offerings.
• Create service accounts for new customers.
• Collect credit card on auto-pay for new accounts.
• Schedule inspections/quality control visits for staff.
• Navigate multiple programs, enter data in real time, place orders.
• Maintain friendly conversation while performing tasks.
• Enter lead information accurately and support the development plan goals.
