Stark Exterminators is seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative to sell additional services to existing and former customers by phone and to provide administrative support to service centers by answering phones, scheduling services, and managing payment data.

You will enroll customers in services, work with Outside Sales to generate leads, and document interactions in the CRM system. A strong emphasis on customer service and licensing readiness is required.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Excellent telephone skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams
• Able to pass internal technical exams
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) workweek

Responsabilités

• Sell additional services to existing and former customers by phone.
