Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell our pest management services to residential customers. You will represent a trusted national brand in your local community, assessing customer needs and presenting effective pest control solutions that protect homes and families.

The role offers a competitive base pay with uncapped commissions and on-target earnings. Expect travel up to 100% within your territory and full-time benefits starting Day 1, with opportunities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills; sales experience is preferred.
• 1–2 years pest technician or sales experience is advantageous.
• Travelling up to 100% of the time within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control solutions to residential customers and offer preventative maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to maximize opportunities.
• Develop proposals with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams and enhance household pest services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM and share with the team to map customer needs and challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain daily sales activity and performance in the company CRM.
