Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell industry-leading pest management services to residential customers.

You will act as the face of the national brand in your local community, assessing customer needs and presenting tailored pest control solutions. You will work with internal teams to maximize opportunities, complete proposals, and drive growth while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A valid driver's license from your state of residence is required.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills expected.
• Prefer 1–2 years pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territories.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and pest harborage, then sell pest control solutions and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians to create opportunities.
• Partner with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams and develop customer proposals.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM for clear understanding of customer home and challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge for service installations to ensure quality work.
• Record daily activities and sales performance in the CRM.
