Rentokil North America is seeking Pest Control Consultants to sell our industry-leading pest management services to residential customers. You’ll be the face of our national brand in your local community, assessing customer needs and proposing pest control solutions.

This full-time role offers a competitive base salary with uncapped commissions, on-target earnings, and robust benefits that start on day one. Travel up to 100% of the territory may be required depending on assignments.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer at least 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory.

Aufgaben

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Develop proposals and enhance pest household services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM for clear understanding of customer home.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure satisfactory completion.
• Maintain daily activities and sales performance using the Sales CRM.
