Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is hiring Pest Control Consultants to sell pest management services to residential customers in the local area. You will represent the national brand and safeguard homes and families, assessing needs to tailor effective pest solutions.

This full-time role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions, with first-year on-target earnings around $70,000 and top earners over $100,000. Up to 100% travel within territory is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong sales, customer service and communication skills.
• Prefer 1–2 years in pest tech or sales.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes; sell pest control solutions and preventive services.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales and Technicians.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and offer service enhancements.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM to map customer needs.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to installations to ensure satisfactory completion.
• Update daily activities and sales performance in Sales CRM.
