Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell our pest management services to residential customers. You will be the face of our national brand in your local community, assessing customer needs and presenting tailored solutions for their homes and families.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel within the assigned territory. We offer a competitive base salary with uncapped commissions; Year 1 On-Target Earnings

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills; prior sales experience preferred.
• Prefer 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control solutions to residential customers.
• Inspect homes for pests and potential entry points.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and upsell services.
