Job summary

Rentokil North America is hiring Pest Control Consultants to sell residential pest management solutions while delivering exceptional customer service. You will be the face of our national brand in the local community, assessing customer needs and applying expert knowledge to close sales and protect homes.

The role requires field visits, travel within the territory, and collaboration with service and sales teams to maximize revenue.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license in your state of residence.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Prefer 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions to residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Partner with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams and develop customer proposals.
• Complete home diagram using Sales CRM to ensure understanding of customer homes.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure quality results.
• Record daily activities and sales performance in the Sales CRM.
