Job summary

Rentokil North America is hiring Pest Control Consultants to sell pest management services to residential customers. You will assess customer needs, present solutions, and provide customer-focused service while protecting homes and families.

Role involves traveling within territory, performing home assessments, and closing sales with the support of a national brand. Base pay plus uncapped commission starts immediately.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer at least 1-2 years pest technician or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control solutions and maintenance to residential customers.
• Provide customer-focused service to grow the business.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and propose service enhancements.
• Ensure accurate records in Sales CRM and follow up on proposals to close sales.
