Job summary

Rentokil Terminix is seeking a results-driven Pest Control Consultant to sell our industry-leading pest solutions to residential customers. You’ll represent the national brand locally, assess customer needs, and drive on-site sales while maintaining top-tier service.

The role requires strong communication, sales experience, and willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Base pay $20–$26 per hour plus uncapped commission, with RT rewards and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills; sales experience preferred.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Develop proposals for customers to resolve pest issues and upsell services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM for clear understanding of the home.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to service installations to ensure quality.
• Record daily activities and sales in the CRM.
