Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell our industry-leading pest management services to residential customers. You’ll be the face of the Rentokil brand in your local community, assessing homes and presenting solutions.

This role emphasizes strong customer service, the ability to travel within the assigned territory, and collaboration with service teams. Base pay is $36,000–$40,000 yearly, with uncapped commissions and potential earnings well above the base depending

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license from your current state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer at least 1-2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control services to residential customers.
• Inspect homes for pests and assess needs.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Develop proposals to resolve pest issues and upsell services.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance in the CRM.
