Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell pest management services to residential customers across our national brand. You will assess customer needs, explain solutions, and drive sales while upholding service excellence.

The role emphasizes field visits, collaboration with internal teams, and ongoing follow-up to close deals. Travel within assigned territory is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license from your state of residence.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer at least 1-2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions and maintenance to residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Develop proposals with Branch Manager to resolve pest issues and upsell enhancements.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM for clear customer understanding.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure satisfactory completion.
• Record daily activities and sales performance in Sales CRM.
