Job summary

Rentokil Terminix is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to sell our pest management services to residential customers. You will represent a national brand across local communities, assess customer needs, and close sales while ensuring high service standards.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, a valid state driver's license, and 1–2 years of pest or sales experience. Expect travel, collaboration with service teams, and performance-based earnings in a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license for company vehicle use.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer 1–2 years of pest technician or sales experience.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and assess needs; sell pest control solutions and maintenance for residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for increased opportunities.
• Partner with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams and develop proposals to resolve pest issues while offering improvements to services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM for clear understanding of customer home and challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to new service installations to ensure quality workmanship.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company Sales CRM.
