Job summary

Rentokil Terminix is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to protect homes by selling pest management services to residential customers. You will be the face of the Rentokil brand in your local community, assess customer needs, and propose effective pest control solutions while maintaining excellent service.

This role requires strong customer service and communication, 1–2 years of pest control or sales experience, and willingness to travel up to 100%.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.
• Prefer at least 1-2 years of pest technician or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes for pests and sell pest control solutions to residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians for opportunities.
• Partner with Branch Manager to identify revenue streams and enhance pest household services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM for clear understanding of customer home and challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
• Provide expert knowledge to service installations to ensure satisfactory completion.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company Sales CRM.
