Qualifications

• Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments.
• Navigate Windows-based and Web-based systems to track routes and schedules.
• Schedule technicians to minimize drive time and optimize routes.
• Use listening skills and probing questions to identify customer needs.
• Maintain customer database with accurate information including call details, payments, and outcomes.
• Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours.
• Participate in quality assurance processes and initiatives.
• Safeguard customer privacy and proprietary information.
