Goodwill Gulf Coast is seeking a Career Navigator to provide personalized career counseling and development services. You will help employees identify goals, enhance skills, and navigate barriers by leveraging Goodwill programs and community resources.

You will enroll participants in workshops, coordinate with local service providers, and maintain detailed progress records while ensuring confidentiality and high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred in human services or related field.
• 2+ years of related experience preferred.
• Experience with persons with disabilities and barriers to employment is preferred.
• Proficient in record-keeping and resource management databases.

Responsabilités

• Conduct one-on-one career counseling sessions to assess goals and obstacles.
• Develop individualized career plans aligned with strengths and objectives.
• Identify and suggest relevant training and educational programs.
• Provide ongoing support and follow-up to track progress toward goals.
• Coordinate with community resources to address housing, transportation, etc.
• Maintain records and complete data entry for reporting.
