You will coach trainers in business development, manage client engagement, and ensure top-tier service for members.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; bachelor's preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• National PT cert (NASM/ACE/NSCA/ACSM) required.
• Sales leadership and client development experience in fitness valued.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal training revenue through effective sales strategies.
• Coach and mentor trainers for business development and performance.
• Oversee PT programs to ensure world-class client experiences.
• Track PT sales, retention, and trainer performance against goals.
• Engage members and promote PT services to grow the community.
