Job summary

Fit Fusion, LLC is seeking a Personal Training Manager to maximize participation and retention in paid Personal Training Services. This salaried role requires a minimum of 45 hours per week and entails leading the front-end selling process, delivering training services, and owning the client journey.

You will hire, train, and coach a team of trainers, manage KPI reporting, and ensure high-quality programs backed by a scientific rationale.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Personal Training techniques and program design.
• Sales, communication, and rapport building skills.
• Familiarity with Crunch programs (VFP, dotFit, ABC/Datatrak, Crunch U, Styku).
• Ability to operate club equipment.
• Experience coaching groups.
• Strong leadership and customer service focus.
• Positive attitude and guest service mindset.
• Responds professionally to requests from guests, members and staff.

Responsibilities

• New Client Acquisition: Sell directly—50% of the time/day; coach trainers on selling; manage schedules and resources.
• Minimize Attrition: ensure proper execution of Client Journey, monitor first 90 days, ensure high-quality programs with scientific rationale and proper admin of PT services.
• Staff Development: Hire, train, and manage personal trainers; conduct performance meetings and provide direction.
• Manage & Communicate KPI's: maintain performance reports; share takeaways with General Manager.
