Job summary

Fit Fusion in Illinois is seeking a Personal Training Manager to maximize participation and retention of paid training services. This salaried role requires a minimum of 45 hours per week and focuses on new client acquisition and existing client retention through leadership of the training staff.

You will coach front-end selling, oversee delivery of training programs, manage the client journey, and ensure punctuality, professionalism, and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Personal Training techniques and program design.
• Sales, communication, and rapport building skills.
• Knowledge of Crunch programs, like VFP, dotFit, ABC/Datatrak, Crunch U, Styku, etc.
• Ability to train and lead a team of trainers.
• Strong member service orientation and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Sell directly—50% of the time/day and coach staff on selling.
• Manage the delivery of personal training services and programs.
• Own the client journey and engagement with paid programming.
• Hire, train, and manage a team of trainers.
• Maintain KPI reports and communicate insights to leadership.
