Job summary

Fit Fusion in Town of Walton, NY is seeking a Personal Training Manager to maximize participation in paid Personal Training Services. This salaried role requires a minimum of 45 hours per week and focuses on achieving new client acquisition and existing client retention goals.

You will lead and coach the front-end selling process of CrunchOne Kickoff, oversee delivery of personal training services, and own the client journey by engaging with our paid programming.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Experience in coaching and motivating groups is preferred.
• Sales and customer-service orientation is essential.

Responsibilities

• New client acquisition through direct selling and coaching of trainers in sales.
• Manage and coach delivery of personal training services and oversee schedules.
• Own the client journey and drive KPI-based improvements in retention and revenue.
• Lead staff development by hiring, training, and evaluating trainers.
