Crunch Fitness - Fit Fusion, LLC is seeking a results-driven Personal Training Manager in Fort Walton Beach, FL. This salaried role focuses on maximizing participation and retention in paid Personal Training Services, with a strong emphasis on new client acquisition and existing client retention.

It requires a minimum of 45 hours per week and leadership over a team of trainers. You will coach the sales process, deliver high-quality training programs, and own the client journey through paid

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Current CPR.
• ACSM Certified Personal Trainer
• ACE Personal Trainer Certification
• The Cooper Institute Personal Trainer Certification
• IFPA Personal Fitness Trainer Certification
• NASM Certified Personal Trainer
• NESTA Personal Fitness Trainer Certification
• NFPT Personal Trainer Certification
• NSCA Certified Personal Trainer or CSTS

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach the front-end selling process of the CrunchOne Kickoff.
• Manage and coach the delivery of personal training services.
• Own the client journey by engaging with paid programming.
• Ensure team members maintain punctuality, dress code, friendliness and cleanliness.
• Selling directly—50% of the time/day.
• Coaching and guiding trainers on how to sell.
• Managing schedules and directing resources based on KPIs.
• Ensure proper execution of Client Journey, especially first 90 days.
• Ensure trainers deliver high quality programs backed by science.
• Administer PT services using dotFit, tracking, and progress reports.
• Hire, train, and manage performance of a team of trainers.
• Conduct meetings to review performance and provide guidance.
• Maintain KPI reports and communicate insights to GM.
