Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Fitness Growth Capital is seeking a Personal Training Manager to maximize participation in paid Personal Training Services and drive new client acquisition and retention goals. You will manage CrunchOne Kickoff selling, oversee delivery of training services, and own the client journey from first contact to program success.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Personal Training techniques and program design.
• Sales, communication, and rapport building skills.
• Knowledge of Crunch programs (VFP, dotFit, etc.).
• Ability to operate all club equipment.
• Experience in coaching/motivating groups.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Member service focus and professional demeanor.
• Responds professionally to guests, members, staff.

Responsibilities

• Selling directly by performing at least 50% of all CrunchOne Kickoffs.
• Coaching, role playing, and guiding the individual personal trainer direct reports on how to sell.
• Managing schedules and directing resources as informed by KPI’s.
• Ensure proper execution of the Client Journey, especially first 90 days.
• Ensure Personal Trainers deliver high quality programs with a scientific rationale.
• Administer Personal Training Services including dotFit usage, goal tracking, and progress reports.
• Hire, train, and manage a team of Personal Trainers.
• Conduct meetings with direct reports to review performance and provide direction.
• Maintain reports and data for clarity into business performance.
• Communicate takeaways and improvement plans to General Manager.
