Crunch Fitness - Fit Fusion, LLC in Florida is seeking a Personal Training Manager to maximize participation in paid training services and retain members by meeting new client acquisition and retention goals. This is a salaried role requiring a minimum of 45 hours per week.

You will lead by example, coach staff, manage the client journey, and ensure high-quality programs backed by data. Responsibilities include selling, scheduling, KPI tracking, staff development, and delivering results through

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Sell directly—50% of the time/day.
• Coach, role play, and guide direct reports on selling.
• Manage schedules and direct resources as informed by KPI’s.
• Deliver high-quality personal training programs backed by a scientific rationale.
• Own the client journey by engaging with paid programming.
• Hire, train, and manage the performance of a team of Personal Trainers.
• Maintain KPI reports and communicate insights to General Manager.
