Job summary

Afbluestar is hiring a Personal Trainer dedicated to helping members achieve fitness goals through personalized sessions, body scans, and a proven sales process to grow personal training services. You will create engaging workouts, monitor progress, and deliver a welcoming gym experience that motivates members.

You’ll conduct fitness consultations, tailor plans, maintain a clean environment, and stay current with certifications while collaborating with the team to reach revenue targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine, or a health-related field is preferred.
• Personal Training Certification is preferred but certification is required after hiring.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification is preferred; ability to obtain certifications.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal training sales through a structured process and hit monthly revenue goals.
• Engage members and prospects by calls and follow-ups to schedule consultations.
• Conduct body scans and tailor fitness plans; track progress for members.
• Deliver pre-designed workouts to groups of 1–15; ensure safety and engagement.
• Maintain club cleanliness and equipment; report maintenance issues promptly.
• Analyze club performance reports and adapt training strategies; stay certified.
• Attend meetings and training; lead by example and foster a professional atmosphere.
