Job summary

Afbluestar is hiring a Personal Trainer to help members reach their fitness goals through personalized sessions, body scans, and a focused sales process. You will engage with clients and prospects to grow personal training Revenue while delivering top-notch service in a welcoming gym setting.

You will lead group workouts, tailor plans from consultations, and stay aligned with club initiatives. A strong communicator with leadership and multitasking skills will thrive here.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required in relevant fields.
• Personal Training Certificate preferred; certification required after hiring.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certifications preferred; ability to obtain required.

Responsibilities

• Follow a structured sales process to drive personal training sales and hit monthly revenue goals.
• Engage with members and prospects via calls and follow-ups to schedule consultations.
• Gain referrals by building relationships and delivering exceptional service.
• Run pre-designed workouts for groups of 1–15, ensuring safety and effectiveness.
• Conduct body scans and fitness consultations to tailor plans and track progress.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming gym and report maintenance issues.
• Attend weekly meetings and contribute to club goals.
