Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Preferred: Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience.
• Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic role demands to ensure timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations and drive results for individual and branch goals.
• Engage customers throughout the loan process with tailored solutions.
• Manage loan lifecycle, including collections, while complying with laws and regulations.
• Communicate with customers and other departments via phone, email, chat and in-house systems.
• Demonstrate achievement orientation and goal-driven attitude.
• Educate customers on loan terms and optional insurance products.
