Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic role demands to deliver timely service.
• Exceed customer expectations by empathic, confident support to meet branch goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain ongoing engagement with customers through loan processes.
• Manage loan life cycle, including collections, with regulatory compliance.
