OneMain Financial is seeking a Loan Sales Specialist to support customers at our on-site location in the United States. The role focuses on listening to needs, offering affordable financing options and guiding customers through the loan process with empathy and accuracy.

You will multitask across channels (phone, email, chat) and collaborate with team members to hit individual and branch goals while advancing your career through our training programs and incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in Sales, Collections or Customer Service preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish helpful for bilingual customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Multitask and adapt to dynamic demands while delivering timely, efficient service.
• Exceed customer expectations through ease, empathy and encouragement to meet branch goals.
• Develop new connections and maintain relationships by guiding customers through loan processes and life cycle with tailored solutions.
• Manage loan life cycle including collections while complying with relevant laws and regulations.
• Engage customers and other departments via phone, email, chat and in-house systems.
• Educate customers on optional insurance products and loan terms.
